REGISTRATION:

Pre-registration is preferred but not required -- walk-ins are welcome.  If pre-registering, please complete the registration form below and send it with your camp fee to Jim Nelson, c/o Bird Elementary School, 1170 North Bird Street, Sun Prairie, WI  53590.  All pre-registration forms are due by July 15, 2008.  Checks should be made payable to:  EAGLE EXTREME WRESTLING CLUB.

Grades K-5

5:00 - 6:30 p.m.

$70 -- $75 after 6/1/08

 

Grades K-5 have the opportunity to participate in or watch the second session.

Grades 6-12

6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Camp fee includes T-shirt.
