More About the Camps Experienced Midwest collegiate camp clinicians will help wrestlers improve their technique by exposing them to a variety of wrestling styles and moves with emphasis on how to defeat your opponent, both physically and mentally. In addition, they will explain the importance of in- and out-of-season workouts and training through weight lifting, running, proper nutrition, and more -- all necessary to develop the “complete” wrestler. These camps are a great opportunity for wrestlers to go the extra mile, helping them to reach their individual goals. Remember, what you do off the mat will make you or break you in the sport of wrestling. Don’t miss this opportunity! |

Additional Information For most of the camps, daily sessions for grades K-5 are 1-1/2 hours in length, while the session for grades 6-12 is generally two hours long. Specific times will vary depending on the host location. Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt to remind them of the training and experience they gained. Pre-registration is preferred but on-site registrations will be accepted. Pre-registered cancellations will be refunded. |
